About the Candidates
Lauren Geitz
Lauren Geitz is a lifelong Telford resident and community advocate, raised in a multigenerational small-business family. With over a decade of experience fighting for local families and businesses, Lauren has led successful bipartisan efforts to stop multiple trash transfer stations and a mega-warehouse on Bethlehem Pike. She believes in choosing people over politics—because “potholes don’t care about party.” Lauren brings energy, dedication, and a proven record of uniting neighbors across the aisle to protect and improve Telford for everyone.
Inspired by her parents’ efforts to unite the community against harmful zoning changes, Lauren felt the call to public service and completed over +1,200 hours while earning her accelerated B.A. from Widener University. Currently she resides in Telford with her fiancé—soon to be husband—and three rescue cats.

John Ralston
John Ralston is a proud 50+ year Telford resident with a lifelong passion for community service. With over 30+ years in independent media, John has supported countless local nonprofits, promoted small businesses, and played a key role in municipal projects—including the creation of the Telford Borough website.
Through his on-air platform, he continues to spotlight the people and organizations that make Telford thrive. His dedication was recognized with the Indian Valley Chamber’s Cornerstone Award, honoring his deep and lasting impact on the community.
